Chris Brown is a jazz multi-instrumentalist and composer from Warwickshire, England. Specialising on saxophone, he also plays flute, clarinet and EWI.

Chris has performed across Europe, with artists such as Gregory Porter, Gordon Goodwin, Russell Watson, Jacqui Dankworth, Art Themen, Simon Spillet, Mark Nightingale, and the BBC Big Band. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Birmingham Conservatoire, studying under Mike Williams and Jean Toussaint, and his Master’s degree from Codarts Rotterdam, studying with Ben van den Dungen, Tineke Postma, Benjamin Herman, and Nils van Haften. During this time Chris also finished 2nd in the International Big Band Competition with the Jesse Passenier Big Band, and held the Bandleader and lead woodwind chair on Queen Mary 2, before becoming a Guest Artist for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Chris also composes scores for TV and has credits on shows in countries including the UK, USA, Japan, Germany, and more.
